All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

At TANRYOIKI, we take great pride in crafting premium display cases for your precious PSA-graded cards. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise during shipping or production.

What We Accept

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our products. If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll be happy to provide a replacement or full refund upon verification.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Lost in Transit

If your package shows no tracking updates for an extended period, please reach out to us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.

What We Cannot Accept

Returns Due to Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply changed your mind, no longer need the item, or it doesn't meet your expectations in terms of style or preference.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Customer-Caused Damage

Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
