WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to North America and Malaysia only.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is included in the listed price.
North America: $120
Malaysia: $108
No hidden fees.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
North America: 5–10 business days.
Malaysia: 7–14 business days.
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal at checkout.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

CAN I USE TANRYOIKI FRAMES FOR CARDS OTHER THAN PSA?
Our frames are designed specifically for standard PSA-sized slabs. Other grading companies may vary in dimensions.
We typically respond within 24–48 hours during business days.
