If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tanryoiki@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Proof of damage must be provided within 7 days of delivery for eligibility.
