Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following regions:
- North America — United States, Canada
- Malaysia
All orders are shipped from China.

Express shipping is available for US orders only. Canada does not have an express option.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- North America — Standard: 7–15 business days
- North America — Express (US Only): 5–10 business days (+$12)
- Malaysia — Standard: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, carrier operations, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Address Policy
To ensure your order is delivered smoothly, please review the following delivery address policy carefully.
1. Provide a Complete and Accurate Address
To help ensure timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. An incomplete or incorrect address may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or return of the package. Providing a correct and deliverable shipping address is the customer's responsibility. TANRYOIKI is not responsible for returned, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid address information.
If your package is delivered to a designated pickup point, such as a parcel locker or local agent, you are responsible for collecting it promptly. TANRYOIKI is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to collect the package in a timely manner.
2. Order Completion and Delivery Proof
An order is considered complete once the carrier's tracking information shows the package as delivered. If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier and your local post office directly for further assistance, as they have the most detailed delivery records.
3. Need to Update Your Address?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at tanryoiki@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you before your order enters the processing stage.
Track Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Your shipping confirmation email will include your shipping details, tracking number, and a link to track your package.
